Oh! When I log in my exercise for Insanity, I put it as aerobics, high impact. That is for Month 1 and Month 2. For the Recovery Week, I simply put aerobics, general. Hope that helps! I'm going to friend you because I need some friends who are doing Insanity :)

Girls that always compare themselves to other girls and guys just to show how short they are. When people can't tell the difference between "their", "there", and "they're". Lastly, girls on MFP that constantly make long, depressing statuses about their lives that take up your news feed. Unfriend.

I run and plan on lifting as soon as I get some dumbbells. I'm also going to get the Intensity workout DVD for Christmas! You should try it, I heard it has great results. c:
