Ok I was just trying to be nice but in my case that is what is happening for me. I am gaining muscle and losing fat. I can tell by how I look and how my clothes fit. :smile:

Space out your meals so even if you are starving at one point in the day, you have a meal saved for later. Save some calories for dinner. Or, eat lower calorie foods and get low calorie snacks.

I don't log in water, green tea, and when I binge, I don't log in the junk I eat. I just block that day out of my mind cause its too much to log in, especially when I don't know the measurements of how much of each thing I ate.

I look forward to my cheat days, but even when I cheat, I still ban myself from eating things like french fries. I could eat so much chocolate instead :P When you cheat, try not to go way past 2000 calories.
