I'm 5'4 and a professional diet center said that 111 is the lowest healthy weight for my height....and I think its 107 on the BMI chart!

First and for most.................WHO CARES IF OTHERS LOOK ..............atleast your out there doing something and trying to address the weight problem! I would start by walking....and then maybe jog for a bit and then go back to the walk.................good luck=)

thats y u only weigh once a week....of course if your eating that day its going to show some weight...u put food into your body....you have to have time to digest and rid some of it.......

Its an eating disorder because theres some (unhealthy) ways of going about losing the weight....thats the problem

Well....Im new....not sure whats been said in the forums......and seeking help....if it were that easy no one would be left with an eating disorder......but thanks for the advice=) Its no different then having a habit.....drigs...pills....etc.....your addicted to losing weight and asking for help is extremely hard…

Your absolutely not starving. I went on a regular weight loss program...Jenny Craig...and they put you on 1200 calories also. That's the norm for females who are dieting and their the professionals =)
