I definitely have this same problem. I always want to eat late night. I try to keep eating fruit and string cheese at night but I usually want the worst thing available. I so know the feeling.

Caprese toothpicks. Use a fancy toothpick and place a strip of basil, a pearl of fresh mozzarella, and a grape tomato on the stick. Make a bunch of them and then drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the top. Delicious and not too high in calories or fat if you don't eat too many.

I found the same thing that the calories I was eating in points was way less than I can eat on this. I've been trying to keep my processed foods, meats, and dairy to around 1100 calories and use the remaining calories for fresh fruits and veggies. This keeps it kind of similar to weight watchers.

I"m only on level 2 and it's killing me. I do keep hearing that level 3 is easier. I hope that is true. 7 more days til I find out.

If I just want to eat just to eat then I put some minty sugarfree gum in my mouth. This stops me for the time being or brush your teeth. Like brush your teeth right after dinner instead of waiting til bedtime.

I also have no will power. I find myself eating crap I don't even like such as smarties. I give it to my husband and tell him to hide it from me.

I'm 5' 8 and I think I generally look pretty good at about 175 lbs. I used to weigh over three hundred lbs so I think this is fair. According to the "charts" I am not supposed to be over 160. But I know that I am healthy at 175 so that is where I set my goal and my doctor even agreed and wrote me a note for weight…

I do both currently. I go to WW meetings so I have a regular weigh in but I use this site to log food. I find the points confusing so I just watch my calorie intake here instead of bothering with points. It seems to be working. I have lost 21 lbs since I started MFP in January 40 lbs since I started WW over a year ago.

It is hard when they are so young. Look for a fitness program with day care. I go to a church that offers fitness classes and my boys love it. They are 1 and 2 and its good for them to socialize with other kids and it gives me a break. Who would have ever thought that exercising would seem like a break!!

I am interested in talking with you guys too. I am a mom of two boys (Ages 2 and 1) I lost 140 lbs 10 years ago through diet and exercise. I had basically kept it off until I was pregnant for two years straight. Now I have lost 23 lbs and have a little over 50 to go to get back to fighting weight.

I have 1960 cals and I lose weight. It depends upon your current weight and how quickly you want to lose.
