I went vegetarian in October 2015, then made the switch to vegan in March. I gotta tell you, I've never felt better. I have lost 16lbs since and my health is so much better (no colds at all in the winter, when I used to catch 3-4 easily per winter, and also no seasonal allergies when I used to almost pass out from sneezing…

I usually stand up for it but when I'm not in the mood for that I'll just say my stomach is upset and I don't want to push my luck

I'm 26 but I got roughly 40-50lbs to lose. Aiming for 1lb at a time though :)

Wow! What a story! <3

So awesome!

Sure! You seem nice :) Great smile!

I would eat between 200-250 back, since the calorie burn on the cardio machine is rarely accurate. But in general, yes you should eat back your exercise calories.
-
I would recommand eating back your exercise calories. If you burned them, your body needs energy to recover, you certainly don't want to put your body in starvation mode!

It took me 6 weeks before I started losing weight!!! Especially if you've tried dieting a few times, your body is sort of ''immune'' to it. Keep it up, slow and steady wins the races!

Cybex Arc Trainer, hands down!!

I have found that the only way to have it is with a cup of skim milk and a banana, and put it in the magic bullet. Hand mixing it isn't enough, it clumps. And without any milk or fruit, it tastes plain awful. I had to keep myself from gagging.

13 pages and no one for.... NOVEMBER 6th ?? :( I'm sad.
-
OMG I think I just died XD

I use the IsoSensation (vanilla) mixed in a shaker with some water right after my workout. It doesn't clump and it tastes like cake :)

Concentrate on lean protein for your dinner (chicken, fish, shrimps), it's low calorie and it's filling! Add me as a friend if you need some guiding :)

I have a really bad cardio but I'm working on it. I am able to run on a treadmill, but as soon as I go outside for running, I am out of breath almost instantly!
