As the title reads, I'm 5'9 and a teenage girl, what would be a good weight goal which is healthy but on the slim side?

Check out a chart for your BMI. This is the best way to tell :)

Depends how teenage...because you look about 14 in your profile and a 14 year old has significantly different requirements to an adult

I'd say about 140-150? But that's just my guess.

Teenager who is almost certainly underage and looks very slim in her profile pic trying to lose weight?

    NO.

If that's you in the pick and you're asking about yourself, you look gorgeous and skinny now. It's hard to give an exact number because it varies from person to person - that's one of the reasons the BMI charts have such huge ranges. When you're in the BMI for "Normal" and are happy with how you look, you're golden.

Your doctor could give you a better idea on a number, but even they don't get nitpicky about numbers as long as you're healthy.

If you're asking about someone else, check out the charts for them. :)
