How many calories should I be eating?

Ok, so I have decided to bring exercise back into my routine and my daily calories are 1200, so if i burn 300 i should eat that 300 back? I know there is a lot of debate about this but I am so confused and its making me really paranoid that I wont continue to lose weight if i either eat or don't eat back. Thanks.

I would eat between 200-250 back, since the calorie burn on the cardio machine is rarely accurate.
But in general, yes you should eat back your exercise calories.0 -
Thanks a lot0
