Thank you each and every one of you! I have worked hard to get where I am at and I will continue to work hard. I hope you find this inspiring. I shared in hopes that someone that maybe having difficulties can see that things can change. You just have to want to change.

Sorry would love to join you but I have not had any treats or cheat meals since Thanksgiving so I am going to enjoy the day. I will not binge but I will be having dessert.

My Impression of P90X is it is something you have to commit to and be dedicated and the results will come. Along with good nutrition you can succeed. It is as hard as you want to make it.

With the amount of weight you want to lose. You may want to look into some of the beginner program from beach body. Like slim in 6, or power 90. Especially if you are not used to working out. Just my 2 cents

use a heart rate monitor and ad it as a new exercise.

I have been getting them for a while it is a nice way to boost the protein intake for the day. Not sure if really meant for weight loss. They are pretty low in calorie count and 20 grams of protein. My favorite one right know is apple pie. I usually have one in between meals as a snack.

Cottage cheese, protein powders which can be pricy but easy and quick. Protein bars, Peanut butter, Some one gave me the name of this site that can give you some ideas "protein chef"

You have done fantastic so far and you look great. Trying to find motivation can be a difficult thing but you have done it once before you can do it again. Maybe doing it first thing in the morning would help. That way it is done and over with. What motivated me when I took a break is that I put on all the weight I lost…

Good point sometime I feel it is easier just to have a protein shake for the morning because I don't want to cook. You are right all shake are not good.
