I don't see how anyone can say different. A lb is a lb no matter what material you are talking about. The amount of space that said object takes up may be different that is about it.

Anyone doing the insanity program? I started it and it is insane. I did the fit test and finished everything but there is plenty of room to improve. The first day of exercise I didn't even make it through. I am taking what I can out of it and doing what I can. Hope to hit it hard this coming week.
