30day challenge

Running and pull ups.

This is what my goal is.

Running I have a 3mile loop that I can do in 34mins in 30days want to be at 30mins.

Pull ups The pull up bar I have has 4 different hand position and I can do one in the hammer grip and none in the others so my goal is to get 5 pull ups at the end of 30days in each position.

You can choose to do whatever for mileage as long it is the same for the 30days and you try to beat the time. Same goes for pull ups choose how many you think you want to improve on in the 30 days.
