My all-time favourite lunch is a sweet potato with some kind of natural peanut butter topping- sometimes I mix with maple syrup, sometimes cinnamon and apple butter.

I upped my calorie goal and it made a big difference. I used to just make 1200 calories in a day, now I can barely stop at 1700! Sneaking peanut butter into things is always a delicious way to get those calories :)

OH GOSH YES AN OATMEAL THREAD <3 My favourite is made with water, then I layer on some banana slices, natural peanut butter, flax seeds, and cinnamon, then drizzle maple syrup over the whole thing. It is heaven <3

Well, something my mother always did when I was little was cook big batches of things and freeze them :) She would make chilis, spaghetti sauces, etc and freeze them to reheat as a weeknight meal. Artificial sweeteners :) I was so used to using them in coffee and salad dressing and such.

I don't have a specific job in mind, but a few places of work. Some of the local charities in my area working downtown with the homeless, the addicted, etc. Going to school downtown, I'm surrounded by the poverty and I can see first hand the effects of their work :)
