I am in again I loved having this motivation last week. My goals for this week are 100 minutes of exercise and to make sure that I keep my calorie intake where it needs to be. I got in 195 minutes of exercise this week, 95 minutes over my goal!! However, I didn't meet my weight loss goal. I lost some inches but no lbs which I am ok with :D I had some funky food issues that I am getting better at and the new week starts today!

It's Saturday and I have done 135/100 mins of exercise and I still plan to work out today :happy: , I am not sure about the 2 lbs though I take my weekly weight on Sunday morning. I'm nervous, but I think I might make it.
