It was hard fo motivate myself in the beginning, but I knew I would feel better after I went. Now since I’ve started to see results, I look forward to going to the gym and actually enjoy working out. :)

Yeah I’ve been more strict with my eating habits. I have a food scale that I’ve been using. I haven’t had pop since December. I feel if I drink it I’ll keep doing it so I just don’t let myself have it. I don’t crave it anymore.
