my kids yes! i grew with a mother with bodey image Problems and it rubbed off and its so draining,im sick of quiting things i want to reach my goal and get that confidence for me so i dont rub my issues on kids and they pick it up

yes heaps of lifting and strength training etc,i think i have been lead to think its fast the results from the media as yous say and was getting a bit down about it,but now i know im going to keep working hard and lowered my calories upped my protein :) thanks guys and girls

im finding that my milks still good and strong,i have actually found its better on less calories as now my boobs dont become rock hard and sore from to much milk :) all very helpful guys and girls

yea i find i make to much milk on 2000 plus,this is my 2nd child 2nd time feeding and now shes 9months and on solid food im finding i dont need as much,the numbers are so confusing though

and i have 2 kids and carry them both,and my shopping,i lift a fare amount at the gym :) no pink weights

so my diet is pretty all over the place,i have a sweet tooth :/ and love carbs,iv been on 2000 calories a day because im breastfeeding so apparently you consume an extra 300 but weight loss has been to slow so iv lowered it to 1800,not sure how to unlock my good diary

i found and still find it hard after number 2 my bodey changed but i found eating 80percent clean,snacking every 2hours to keep motabilism fast and working hard with weights has helped,weights wont bulk you up #lean muscle burns fat :)

iv just as of 2 weeks ago started lifting and changed my workout so hopefully this will help,i eat to many carbs ek evil

2000 it said to do 300 more if your breastfeeding,does it make a difference if you eat of carbs or **** as long as its within your calories? this is confusing :-/
