My hubby and i start the day with a BPC-just 1 tbsp butter and he has 1 tbsp MCT oil-i can't take on empty stomach so i use 1 tbsp coconut oil. We are good to go till lunch time-12.30.

Wow it just shows how sneaky those carbs can be ;) Really helpful to be reminded how vigilant you need to be cos nothing more frustrating than to think you are doing the right thing and have your results undermined by something you are not aware of. Thanks for the reminder :)

i will start to search for some as i think it makes it soooo much easier if the recipe itself has ideal macros rather than trying to always choose this choose that and hope to balance the macros at the end of the day ;)
