Thanks everyone. I started 2 weeks ago. I go to Florida in the end of March and was hoping to lose 15 lbs (and continue being healthy to keep it off!). I will take like a pack of clif granola bars, and break them up and snack on the over about an hour of time in the morning for brekfast, that usually helps, and then its all about portions. you can basically eat whatever you want and stay under 1200 if you portion it right, Aslo, if youre extra hungry one day, work out…

Well I have been doing the eliptical about 5 days a week with atleast a burn of 400 calories a day, it seems my chest is shrinking, my butt and legs are firming, but my love handles and arms...nothing,
