Thanks so much for the information! Really appreciate it! So that means if you want to build muscle definition you cannot have a calorie deficiency but need a calorie surplus? This is a great thread! I've always stuck to cardio, and what I thought was strenth training was basically endurance training, low weights, many reps. I do like 45 lunges but still am able to do more..... Meaning I have to up my resistance. Was really confused about it till now. Thanks!!

A good way to get calories into your diet is to eat bananas. They're pretty high calorie, one large one being 105 cals approximately.. I think cycles are better. You have overall greater calorie loss since you repeat it a few times. That's what my trainer made me do, 3-4 sets of the all the exercises again. Though it was TOUGH.. I'm not sure if it really does make a huge difference, I think it's what you prefer :)

I want to reach 58 kg ! I'm currently 65-67 kg cause my weight seems to fluctuate between this range. I started at 70.5 kg. I do want to really tone my legs, they're my MAIN concern!!! :P but my weight seems to be plateauing for a really long time... :/

The treadmill bores me.... and when you run outside you can just slow down and speed up without having to go mad panting and pressing the buttons :P I also heard the street is better for an overall workout cause of more friction between your feet and the ground!
