I am in an on-line masters program and have a full-time job. I try to combine work-outs and study by putting my laptop on a chair beside my recumbent bike. I can get a fair bit done in the mornings before work - usually a bit too tired after work to get much accomplished.

Hi Linda, I'm 50 too and have been running into the same problem lately. Even though I've been eating well and exercising regularly, the weight loss has definitely stalled. My MFP friends have been a great source of encouragement to keep on going though. Good luck. :drinker:

I'm trying to use up the rhubarb left in the freezer from last year b/c we already have a big crop coming in again.
