Look very natural to me! I'm an A barely a B cup in some bras and my bust didn't change during either pregnancies. No getting bigger or engorging.. Had trouble with milk supply too. I know totally off topic lol. I've always pondered getting implants but I'm always back n forth about it. As far as creams/lotions go for…

You look awesome!! I'm hoping to get results like yours this year, I keep getting stuck at 150 and really want my thigh gap back and my booty lifted back up haha! Now if only I could have your boobs I'd be set lol!! Don't think all the squats I'm doing will help in that area though haha! Seriously you look fab though,…

Haha! That's crazy, we have similar goal weights too :) thanks for the friend request!!

We could be tummy twins!!! My top weight pregnant was 198 for my first pregnancy and 186 for my second. They were 3 yrs 10months apart. I averaged around 150lbs between the pregnancies and am 5'7 1/2" tall. My goal is 140lbs and to tighten everything I can, seems like I've lost a lot of muscle mass over the last 6 years.…

I also have a very high rhr, in the 90's. It's been that way even when I was younger in high school and decently fit. I really really want to lower it. How long did it take you to lower yours that much??

I REALLY hope I can get my resting heart rate down like that!!! Mines in the 85-95 range and has been for years and years.

You look great! Congratulations on the hard work and dedication :) We could almost be belly twins! I gained 58 lbs with my first son and it was bery hard jon my belly. I did better with my 2nd son and gained 38lbs and didn't further any damage. I'm hoping to stay motivated (I have a problem taking breaks that turn into…

I have a love/hate relationship with mine. I was teased and frankly made fun of pretty severely for my eyes. I have very large very protruding type eyes. Not as exaggerated as the meant to be funny/gross picture posted after the OP but I've had a complex about them since grade school. Lets see, most common names were "bug…

Thank you! I did have a cheap scale but it broke and even before then I would give me different measurement on the same item.. I'm going to look into a better one!

I'm 5'7.5" and currently around 151-153 lbs. I wear between a 9 and 11 JR's jeans depending on brand! I honestly dont know my misses size - I prefer JR's bc they seem to fit my body type so much better than misses. I used to wear a size 7jr before I had both kids and weighed approx 135 lbs. hoping to get back there!!!! My…

Hi everyone :) I'm 5'7.5" Starting weight: 186-170-165?? Not really sure how to answer that bc I was 186 lbs the day I delivered my 2nd son, then started losing the pregnancy weight that naturally comes off itself. After that it was slightly watching what I ate to lose a bit more. I got serious with MFP and really began…

Welcome everyone!!!

WOW! Wtg!!

Thank you everyone. I wouldn't have thought hourglass just bc I automatically think of a larger bust. And my waist has never been small, also something I got from my momma (she's very thin all over). But it's funny bc when I asked her she thought I would be more of hourglass as well. I also can see where I'd be a ruler too…

Okay, although I'm no where near my goal as far as toning and muscle building goes, I added a few pics to my profile, maybe if you can see them give me your opinion on what you would categorize me as?? I am not fishing for any compliments and not looking for rude comments either, I KNOW I'm not there yet but I'm working on…

Thank you, that truly is something I need to work on, I have my good days/bad days but a work in progress nonetheless.

Yesss, knowing your body type I believe definitely helps when your trying to best dress yourself !

Love it! I think I'll go with... Thickmiddlesaggybubblebootyworkingonitchic!

I've read about those too and figure I fit into the mesomorph category with a bit of ectomorph possibly..

I guess maybe we'll just make up our own like the other poster suggested?? :)

In the end, there are really only two body types. training and untrained. Your physiologically the same as all humans and with enough hard work and dedication, you can have the body you want. Don't get caught up with the minutia of body somatypes. Your body is a piece of clay. Mold it to whatever you want. [/quote] That is…
