Ladies 5"7 (or near there)-- what are your goals ?

            I'm 5'7 1/2"
 I started losing weight (again) after my second pregnancy. I was 186 day of delivery and approx 172 a few months later. I got down to about 163-164 myself and them started logging here on MFP. That got me to where I am now.
 CW 151-153lbs
 GW 140 lbs
 UGW 135lbs0

 Starting Weight (SW) : 232.76 Lbs (8 August 2012)
 Last Week Feb 1 (LW) : 194.8 Lbs
 Current Weight Feb 7 (CW) : 194.4 Lbs
 Change +/- : -0.4 Lbs
 Goal Weight : 1550

 I am not entirely sure of my goal weight but I think I'll be happy and pretty fit somewhere around 130 lbs. I originally thought my goal might be closer to 135 but now that I'm at 140 I can see that I have a bit more than 5 lbs to lose.0

 GW 135 - my original GW was 145 but after my personal trainer assessed me, he thinks I can get to 135 or 130. I was 120-130 all through my 20's so maybe he's right. I'm trusting him.
 More importantly...
 Current Fat % - 30% (at least I think it's 30... all I heard was 30 and then I kinda tuned out in shock... maybe it's 30-something. lol)
 Goal Fat % - 20% or less.
 I'm lifting heavy 2x/week. Yoga 2x/week. Walking/running as much as possible. When the ice and snow is gone, I'll be running even more!

 Walk two days a week around 5 miles for work, using a pedometer, which is very surprising how many calories I burn just walking. Gym 3/week with strength training and 30 mins cardio. Tend to eat to match calories burnt, so not sure if that is hindering me.

 I was 130 before and happy with how lean I was. I've added quite a bit more muscle since then though through bulking, so I'm aiming for a slightly higher weight. As long as I'm lean enough to not have a belly though, and show a decent amount of muscle definition in all areas then I'm happy, regardless of what weight I am.0

 I would say that 135 is the ideal weight for my height, where I am now I look a little too thin. But I am also starting to focus on building back some muscle and toning up a bit so I hope to end up around 135.0
