Take a look at my food diary, that's what I've ate and saved enough for tonight's meal so it isn't to bad :)

I love the salad there as you can pick what you want however much, but I guess that's where the calories pile on lol. I normally have a small pit of the pasta, lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn, carrot is, onions and I have to have some of the croutons lol

This was a last minute plan :( I have about 900 calories! Don't think I will be having pudding but the great thing about this restaurant is the free all you can eat salad cart, all of these meals fit into my calories but I think I will be going over a bit with the salad!

There would be no harm in celebrating :) apart from the fact I have a party tomorrow night and will be having a few drinks then so that's my treat I am afraid!

Thank you It's all a little confusing me lol, I have been eating around 1400 the past 2 weeks and I just feel as though if I eat anymore then it's too much lol but if I can that's good :)

Thank you! :) never know what to eat before a workout which is mainly just cardio some days using weight machines! I don't really have an exact plan at the moment

I have been fine the past 2 weeks consuming around 1400-1450 calories a day, will this be ok for e then or do I have to increase my intake?

I just kind of need someone to tell me what's best lol so with those figures I just stated and based in the fact I will aim to exercise 3-4 times a week, how many calories should I be aiming for?

I used the link you just sent it said: BMR is 1375 and TDEE is 1890? What's this mean

Do you think 1300 calories a day with exercise burning off about 300 minimum to 500 maximum doing cardio 4 or 3 times a week is ok?

Ok great thank you! :) just confuses me cause I've used different BMR calculators and every one has told me differently but if I should be ok to loose weight whilst eating 1460 calories then that is what I shall do :)

So if I aim for 1400 a day with the exercise and if I want to eat some back I will be fine?

Thank you, just tried changing it but on my goals it does say I want to loose 8 pounds? Ticker must not be changing :(
