Hi! I normally add a tbls of Rowse Mild and Light Hiney into my Scottish oats in the morning, I read that Honey can aid weight loss? Is this true or do I need to cut this out due to sugar?

Honey does not directly contribute to weight loss. No need to cut it out; all foods can be consumed in moderation. Just log it.
I like honey on my toast, I just make sure I weigh it on my food scale so I can be sure how much I'm eating and log it accordingly.0 -
Honey does not aid in weight loss. It also does not need to be cut out. But if you eat too much of it and it causes you to go over your TDEE, you will be like winnie the pooh.0

I don't think it's magic but despite the sugar it's hardly bad for you either. Lots of good things in honey. Especially if it's unfiltered.0

Thanks all I guess a spoonful with my oats is fine then!:)0

I doubt it aids weight loss, it's basically liquid sugar.0
