When I feel bloated, I find that those activia yogurts really help. Or those yogurt drinks with the good bacteria. Green tea helps me as well.

Some changes I have made: Drink more water Drink green tea Replace milk with skimmed milk Replace white bread with wholemeal Exercise reguarly Keep going! :)

I'm going to try and have mostly "good days" over the next couple of months. I'll still eat my yummy Christmas nut roast, and I dare say that I'll scoff a few choccies. So long as I don't stuff my self every day like I usually do I should be ok. :)

Please seek help. You do not eat enough and your body is going into starvation mode. It's saving all of the fat because it doesn't know where the next meal is coming from. It's not healthy, please see your doctor. And you are a beautiful person just the way you are.
