I think the Moderation part is KEY. I've been eating generally what I want but paying close attention to portion control and I'm playing sports like floor hockey a couple times a week. Yah I'd say it's normal. I can easily fluctuate +/- 5 lbs or so during the day. Only compare your morning weights to make sure you're getting consistant weight loss numbers :)

I agree with holding yourself accountable. I do my best to log everything everyday. Then, when I get mopey because I haven't been losing weight I can look back on my bad days and say oohh yah, that's why. Otherwise, I forget how much I actually ate those days and brush them off as not as bad as they were lol.

Haha! I do this too! everytime I renew I add a little weight to my DL but it's always behind what I am lol. Currently my DL is 50 some lbs less than I acutally weigh.

I get nautious every time I take 'One a Day Weight Smart' vitamins. I have no idea what causes it and would be intrested, as well, if anyone else has any input on this topic? But, that's the only vitamin I have noticed that I have a problem with.... sorry I am not much help.
