weight loss plans???

is anyone following any certain plans??? or just using the cal count?

    I'm watching my overall calories and also working to improve the overall balance/nutrition in my diet: avoiding processed foods, eating enough protein/healthy fats and fewer simple carbs, keeping sugar and sodium levels low, etc.

    I started out just counting calories and gradually started working on the other aspects.

    I have just been following the calorie count and adding in 40mins of exercise twice a week and lost 6lbs in Jan.

    I've been following Slimming World. I don't worry too much if I go over the calories as long as I keep to the diet plan and find MFP helpful to keep me keep track of what I've eaten throughout the day.
