Oh lovely, I shall read up on it!

Aww that's great! I'm glad slowly building it up helped you too! I haven't yet gone out running, I need to invest in some running trainers and a heart rate mointor! I'm looking to eventually try fit in at least 30mins of cardio per day
-
Cheers for the tips Davert! I'm looking to go back to my local gym soon, I used to particularly enjoy rowing and cycling so if I could get back into that it would be great! Yeah I've read alot about macros, my protein intake per day is pretty much spot on

That's great work mate! Keep it up. I like reading the success stories on here, it proves with determination and sweat anybody can succeed! I quite enjoy the outdoors, so being out helps lose weight too. I'm going to invest in a heart rate mointor soon, to help gauge heart rate and how hard I actually push myself

That's great Shannon! I've noticed I'm more flexible, not as many muscle cramps and even a better recovery time after exercise! Well done on your fantastic weight loss! Keep up the good work :drinker:

Aw awesome, I've been down that way a few times, I quite like the Gower, one of the beaches down that way got voted in the top 10 beaches of the world. It even beat Bondi Beach, Australia

Haha! Yeah, Bronwyn is quite a common Welsh name these days. The Cardiff accent is apparently more "english" than Welsh according to some people I know from other parts  I think Wales, especially the countryside is probably one of the best places in the UK

I'd definitely come to Cardiff at some point if you get the chance! It's great, I think compared to most cities, the transport system is well inter-linked and there's plenty of guided tours to see poignant places in Cardiff. I'd also recommend the Breacon Beacons which is Mid-Wales and places such as Dolgellau which are…

Oh really? I find most people to be quite pleasant, the language and singing are taken quite seriously  I'd love to be able to speak more Welsh but i'm hardly linguistic and it's not the easiest of languages to learn apparently

Haha that's awesome. I'm glad people see the difference between England and Wales. No offence to any of you guys but a lot of Americans ignorantly think Wales is in England  I'm from the capital, Cardiff. It's pretty nice. There's a castle, the bay, lots of modern shopping and guided tours

That's awesome! I:smile: I'm quite an outdoor person, I recently helped out with an environmental organisation who remove litter and obstructions from rivers in my local area, pretty good workout whilst benefiting the environment! :drinker:

Hi, I done the same. I found not logging meant I wasn't as honest when it come to portions and noting calorific information of foods! I've recently started again (Nov 5th, 2013) and lost 22 lbs so far!

Hi folks, thanks for all the comments and advice from all sides of the argument! I didn't expect my post to escalate so much tbh  (Usually get ignored)  I am beginning to get used to drinking more water, especially when I work out rather than energy drinks e.t.c Although I think from time to time I…

Hi, When is the best time to weigh in during the day to achieve a true figure? Does it even matter?
-
Thanks all! Will cut them out and see if they improve my weight loss! :)

Good work! Closer to 19 than I am 18  - I should refer to myself as a professional learner more often  Starting a university degree within the next year fingers crossed

Hi, Personally rather than motivate myself that I have to exercise, I know I have to do it or I'll feel disappointed in myself for not. I fit it into my schedule. Even if you break it down into five minute chunks (1x morning, afternoon and evening) it will prove beneficial
-
If only!

Hi, I've just started trying to get fit recently (5th Nov) I started with a 5 minute cardio routine on my cross-trainer. I have added one minute each day. My goal is to reach a workout of 30 minutes in three 10 minute intervals. I personally think this is a good way of getting some fitness. It's manageable and I have felt…

I am interested. Not too sure what T25 is, I've only read a little about it!
-
Hi, Thanks for your response. I've already felt the benefits of exercise. I can feel my body coping with it each day when it was a struggle the first few days. I thought it wouldn't matter as two five minute routines add up to one ten minute routine  I am using a cross-trainer, I find it beneficial on working leg…
