The bar I am lifting is the same as my body weight (60kg/132lbs). https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=471588679580021&set=vb.418282054910684&type=3&theater If you want to see…

Hi Hun, Congrats on the weight loss! That is an amazing result! Have you been sleeping enough? It lowers stress and helps your body recover from working out... x

I will try that that oblique exercise. Thanks for the tip! I have been posting a secret album on my facebook page "The Baking Mad Gym Addict" - none of my actual facebook friends know about it because I can't stand the thought of them seeing my belly! - I've only told the supportive community on my fitness pal. I always bring a smile on my face and a right attitude. I really look forward to being a big kid on the day and having a laugh. There really are not enough adult playgrounds in Sydney! Thanks for the tip about the attire too. I have never ran 7km so I hope I survive. Any tips on what I should eat before it or on the day…

Well done you!!! It is my dream to have more defined abs. Would love to hear of any ab exercises you can recommend. I got down to 16.2% body fat last year and still couldnt see much happening in my stomach area - it's defo the most challenging part of my body to train.

Thanks for taking the time to respond! I haven't trained quite as hard as I should have but I am of the same view as you. Just have fun and see what happens! Hope you have an awesome day hun! x x x

Haha - the addition of Whisky definitely appeals to my Scottish roots. Although my Asian roots mean that I get a big red face upon consuming alcohol. I get drunk far too quickly! x

Freaky! I actually made cinammon berry oatmeal this morning for brekkie. Great minds think alike sir! Yes please to the oatmeal pancakes recipe. I tried it once before but my concoction resulted in a pretty dry carboardy pancake...

Thanks Hun! I am quite a silly person when I'm not at work (hence the photo of me doing tricep push ups off an oatmeal box!). I look forward to encouraging each other so that we can achieve our fitness goals! My goal is to get more defined abs - it's the hardest body part for me to train x
