I haven't been fitted..but I love Saucony ..that being said they stopped making the one that fit me like a glove. Thankfully I only wear them to the gym or to do a DVD at home...when they are worn out..I might just die..or cave and find a place to be fitted..:(

I do 1200, 1250...I am 5 ft short. I really don't feel hungry on this amount. Laugh not..my gym had a chiropractor..he told me to roll a rolling pin over them. I thought he was nuts. But it got so bad I said what the heck..it worked..Apparently it stretches out the muscle..go figure..FYI my kid never let me use that one again for baking..silly boy..:wink:

I like my coke zero..I am losing weight..I don't get the "more sugar cravings" from drinking it. But then again I only have about 3 cans a week with certain foods.

it all confused me too much..I stick to my 1200 eat back half my workout calories if I am hungry. But then again I am only 5 ft tall so I can't see it being much different on any other formula. I tried something else once it also gave me 1200 calories a day. I guess short people get no breaks..:laugh:

I have an arm band that the phone slips into. I use that on the weight machines and the cup holder on the treadmill.

When I was at the gym right near my house I would go at 8pm I loved it.. Now I go to one further so I go at noon or 2pm.. I miss the 8pm time..really whenever you feel you have the most energy.

I don't avoid it...I like my progresso light chicken pot pie soup..its cold here and I eat everyday for lunch..I also like to have the frozen healthy choice dinners sometimes it easier when I am out running for work and come home starving for lunch...this way I know I am not killing my calories. Amazing..I didn't know there are so many shorties like me.. I am 5ft tall I started at 189 now I am down to 146. I want to see how I feel and look at 125 and go from there. Right now I am just struggling to get down to the 140 mark.
