have you tried the black currant dark chocolate? I *thought* the intense orange was my fave, but I think I like the black currant better.

Eggs or cereal,Ear Gray tea, home made shake. Lunch at home is a sandwich, one slice of deli meat, tons of lettuce,or 2 lettuce wraps,a tomato in season & chips.
Dinner today, home made veggie soup, maybe an eve snack of ice cream & a cookie.
That is why my diary is closed. Food doesn't vary much,it's weighed & measured, but of no interest ,no help to anyone.0 -

I tend to have the same breakfast most days: a bowl of porridge made with skimmed milk and a tiny bit of honey, topped with greek yoghurt, berries and a sprinkling of seed mix.
I also have two or three pieces of fruit as snacks most days.
I tend to make up a big batch of something like couscous or soup on a Sunday afternoon and take that to work with me for lunch for the rest of the week. Dinners are pretty varied.
I find it so much easier to be disciplined with what I eat when I am at work - there is a lot of temptation on the weekends!!0 -
Apples, pears, bananas, eggs and whey are the things that come back everyday!0

Oh yeah! During the week, oatmeal for breakfast. On the weekend, two egg veggie omelet. For snack slightly salted or fewer calorie Pringles.0

I have a salad every weekday for lunch. Spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cottage cheese, a meat (chicken or fish usually, occasionally steak), and sometimes dressing (I have like six or seven kinds). Started adding shredded carrots this week. Gotta change it up sometimes.
I think I need to start making room for ice cream every day. That sounds like a good idea.0 -
