    My food log is a prime example of repetition. Same thing for breakfast all but one or two days a week. I make lunches ahead for the week so that is usually the same, but I try to change it up each week. I have about 10 go to dinners that I rotate through.

    I have had my homemade muesli every day for breakfast for the past couple of years. Maybe missed the odd day, but generally pretty consistent.

    Roasted chickpeas (makes me feel like I am eating crunchy snacks like chips etc), frozen coffee protein shake every morning to replace the coffee with way to much sugar I used to drink.
