Coffee and half and half. I do get favorites and eat them for a few days until I get sick of it and move on to something else.0

I try to eat eggs and turkey sausage and have coffee every morning with my wife. I love to eat breakfast with her and have a quick convo about how are day will be, etc. No offense to the ladies here, but she's the best woman on the planet.0

lunch home made soup I make a batch for all week and freeze
through the day I have 2 cups tea ,2 coffee ,1 green tea and 3cups water0 -
