Often whatever is left over from dinner. Or greek yoghurt, but I don't do well with cereals. Instant miso soup and some kind of pre-prepared protein is quick and easy (high salt, but I am fine with salt).

hurrah! That's awesome. Keep up the good work :)

broccoli - projectile vomiting. Apparently it is something to do with the type of fibre it is - vomiting gets less projectile the smaller the broccoli is mashed! I really like broccoli, so every few years I try it again...still no luck. And trifle. It is like crack to me. The only problem is I eat too much of it...way too…

In for the challenge. Dairy free and pretty much gluten free anyway - trying to cut out sugar but struggling. When are we starting the 60 days? Now?

add me if you like - on everyday and try to be motivating! Well done on your success so far. (edited to add: I need to lose about another 100lbs overall, but I do it in batches of 30lbs on my ticker or it all seems too much...)

My dad once gave me very good advice. He said, "When you think you really like someone, take them out somewhere you consider expensive but that you are sure they will will really like. Encourage them to order the most costly items and if, for one moment, you feel resentful about it then they probably aren't the one for…

Dress conservatively, no form fitting clothes, have a talk with your family about exactly what you are doing to reassure them you are not on drugs nor in danger of hurting yourself and ask them to support you. If you go to a club environment, people are probably going to behave badly. Ask individuals to stop, and/or dance…

Plus photoshop. Seriously, you need untouched family candids to make any kind of real assessment.

yep, ankylosing spondylitis, seronegative arthritis everywhere and just started anti-tnf. Slowly, slowly, slowly and accept it is going to take time, but NEVER GIVE UP. Maintaining is better for your joints than gaining and any loss at all is a win. Add me if you'd like.

Still sounds like a delicious way to get your water intake up - I'll give it a go!

Yep, been the fat girl at Yoga. And Street Dance and the gym and people are pretty supportive. The few times anyone wasn't (never at Yoga, and only a couple of times in the gym), I didn't have to say anything, as other people told them off for me! I got huge encouragement or nobody was bothered, then I had a few ask me…

I hear body brushing is good - I've lost 30lbs and mine are actually looking perkier than they have for awhile - body scrub, body brushing and moisturize. No idea if it'll keep on ok, as I've got another 100lbs or so to lose but so far so good...

I started with walking and lowering my caloric intake and I've lost weight - any exercise will burn calories, whether it is enough to make up for eating too many calories depends on the amount you are eating and the amount of exercise! Exercise is great for other stuff though, feeling good, retaining muscle, being…

bump. keen on lentils.

See your doctor. I was exhausted all the time and turns out I have an autoimmune disease. It isn't natural to be tired to the point of exhausted all the time - if you are and have been for a while, get it checked out. Though maybe try a few days proper rest first - normal eating, light or no exercise and see what happens.

I'm in! Pah. ticker problems. Still in! Fixed it! [/url]
