You might start adding small amounts of nuts & vegetables to your diet to start transitioning your body to eating more carbs. Under 50g is still considered low-carb, but I would take it slow and see how your body responds.

Try switching up your macro percentages (Fats, Proteins, Carbs). A lot of people have success on a low carb diet - ie under 100g of Carbs. Some have had success being off grains, dairy, and/or sugar.
