  • As you get closer to your goal weight, the pounds will start to shed slower. What is your final goal weight you're trying to achieve?
  • I've run marathons and think 30 day shred is challenging. I even do T25 which is supposed to be short and easy and find it tough, mostly just because these short burst energy work outs are a change of pace and different. I usually throw them into a training day when I don't have a lot of time. I'm training for Dopey…
  • The biggest tip id give both of you is not to get discouraged!! Just keep putting in work and it usually takes about 3 months for results to be visible! Don't give up, it'll be worth it, the first few months are the hardest!
  • I'm the same as a lot of you as well, please feel free to add me!
  • I sent you a message asking some questions, some of these suggestions are a little "intense" for beginners/my liking, and I've tried a lot of stuff. Feel free to add me!
  • Last 10 is hard, especially because usually when you lose the last 10, you realize you're still 10 lbs away again. Get some inspiration pictures and don't forget how far you've come!
  • Are you living in a dorm or a house? Frozen food is key. I'd get a pack of chicken in college, freeze it, and thaw 2 breasts the day before. I'd usually eat with rice, beans, and frozen veggies and all were pretty affordable.
  • Old post but I'm about to start up my Insanity/T25 hybrid mix next month. Please add me if you're open to doing something similar/doing one of them, I love stalking my MFP timeline when I get back in the groove of things.
  • My shakes are only like 200 calories, then I add an additional 200 calories worth of items. I think i could probably "double-up" and eat throughout the day, but I can't imagine 8000 calories in one shake.
  • When I'm trying to lose weight I'll run/jog/walk for 60 minutes a day. When I reached my goal weight I started switching to tredmill intervals, or work out videos to keep things as a change up. I've LOVED the videos especially, makes time go by quickly.
  • I don't always count calories. By the time you "get-it" you can fall into a routine and use the calorie counter as a check-in rather than a bible. I agree it is freeing knowing you know how to be healthy on your own. I think this is what you mean? The days i definitely log are my "cheat" days so they don't get out of hand,…
  • Food like peanut butter which are high in calorie but have some good fats and other nutritional benefits are great. I just add them to bananas, and even eat a spoonfull before/after a work out.
  • I sent you a message/friend request with some follow up questions so I can give you some recommendations.
  • Just sent a request Tammy!
  • Do you have the ap on your phone? It's a little easier to find time I've found. Also I've started adding strangers that are motivating and active instead of just people I know, and that's helped a lot
  • Hi JCFan! I'd love to help. If you're looking to learn more about social media i can help you with that as well! Not too hard. Are you looking to use facebook? I started at 200 and I'm down to 150 and happy trying to just transform the weight rather than lose any more. Feel free to add/message me!
  • I'd love to help and I'm looking for something similar as i start up again. How many days are you looking to exercise, and what kind of exercises are you doing? Cardio, weights, home videos, etc..? Probably would be easier if we're somewhat similar?
  • For lack of anything better to do I'll continue to be the devil's advocate :) I'd like to think I'm "normal" weight and trying to perfect my body. What better reason to get some abs showing if not for my wedding night? I was the highest weight when my fiance met me actually- and I'd like to think our relationship isn't…
  • Wowza as someone who posted a thread about this I feel like I'm being "subposted" if that's a thing? We are all on here trying to lose weight. What is your motivation? To live a healthy life? To look great for your spouse? Yourself? To fit into better clothes? If I'm going to spend more than $100 on a dress- I better get…
  • Even if you're really out of shape you can "modify" most things. The important thing is understanding you're "out of shape" and shoudln't be trying everything at risk of injury- and that you start to get in a routine. You may start to get bored (personally I would) with just sticking to one or two DVDs, so maybe try as…
  • Haha never heard of it but I'll definitely check it out. Love how my face is slimming but that's the one part that confuses me too... Thanks!
  • I probably weigh myself every other week, but i measure my inches weekly! When I notice a difference in inches then I'll hop on the scale and see what it says... it's been working great for me! Less dissapointment
  • Hey everyone getting married next May 30, 2015. Please add me on here or if you like Facebook I'm going to create a bridal "bootycamp" on Facebook as well. Please message me if you'd like to join for some meal plans, work outs, and inspirational quote (and the occasional selfie). As an ex collegiate athlete I work best…
  • Feel free to add me :) do you use Facebook? I've been thinking about making a challenge group on there since I can check it more often and get notified there.
  • Nice to meet you all! Can't wait for the adventure we have the next year or so. If anyone would like to add me as a friend on here pelase do! I don't have many as I use this mostly just to track my calories, but would love to be motivated seeing you all work out, your food logs, etc.
  • just did the day 1 fit test! are you supposed to do the dig deep part after you complete the fit test?
