Need help and accountability

Hi, I'm a 42 year old female. I was diagnosed with type II diabetes almost 4 years ago. I have been a yo-yo dieter for many years. My weight and diabetes have gotten out of control. I have tried so many times before and failed that I don't feel that I have the strength to start over again. My family has all given up on me and has accepted the idea that I will die young or have serious problems that will complicate not only my life but theirs. I am looking for females that have lost weight and kept it off, or for females who have 50-100 pounds to lose to help me get started and help hold me accountable. I am not a social media user so I will need help understanding how to go about this.

Hey, I'm 32, prediabetic. Struggled with my weight all my life. Been on diets, stuck to them for a month maybe two then put weight back on and more. Finally made the decision to really change my health and life. Been doing it for 3 weeks but already lost nearly a stone. It's different this time. I can't explain it. I'm not on a diet I'm eating properly. My health problems have finally made me see the connection between the crap I've been putting in my body and how my body looks and feels. It's like an epiphany. I've got 1400 calories a day and that's plenty to feel full especially if I eat loads of salad and veg. I wish I could give young his feeling! But 10lb down, more energy and better skin in just 17 days it's so worth it. Add me if you like xxx0

I'm 35 and I'm aiming to lose 160 lbs. I've also struggled with my weight all my life. I'm looking to the same. I'm just been logging my meals, staying under my calorie count and walking at least 6 days a week. I'm down 7 lbs in 13 days. I would love to encourage each other...add me if you like.0

Hi JCFan! I'd love to help. If you're looking to learn more about social media i can help you with that as well! Not too hard. Are you looking to use facebook? I started at 200 and I'm down to 150 and happy trying to just transform the weight rather than lose any more. Feel free to add/message me!0
