My asthma is just like yours. Spin works for me. In the beginning, I was having trouble with my asthma but I'd just adjust the workout. Now, it's much better.

I just bought some kettlebells....10 and 15lbs. I will get a heavier one soon but at least I can work on my form while lifting some weight.

I feel your pain as I have asthma and I usually am on Prednisone twice a year. It's a nightmare. The weight just sits on you and you feel so bloated by it.......it makes you feel awful. You were on it a long period of time. I once gained 11 lbs. in 5 days on it while in the hospital. I don't know why, but this weight takes…

Actually I have lost 8 lbs and I'm happy with that. I am not expecting a big change quickly but I am not feeling ANY change in my midsection and just wondering if spin is enough to see a change or I need another form of exercise to see more of an impact there
