So I just finished the first Burn workout. And it wasn't that bad at all. I did sweat a bit, but that's due to the high temperature in my bedroom. I used 12pound weights for squats and bench press, and I think I'll go higher next time. For the lunge with core rotation, I used 18lbs. For all the rest I used 11lbs. I will up…

Hello ladies, I'm going to buy weights after work today, and I'm starting with Chalean in a couple of hours. I love weight lifting and I hope this program will give me the body I want :) I hope we can all share our day to day experiences here! I'll let you know how I did later today!

I'm on day 6, and I find the cardio too easy, so I'll be switching to BFBM instead of Cardio 1! Cjipping, I often snack on fruit, yogurt, rice cakes. Too bad you can't eat nuts, I LOVE almonds and only did I recently realize how high in calories they are! :(
