I'm 5'6 n turn 50 in 2017. Starting at 177 would like to weigh 150 r less. My goal is to stop eating out and workout at least 3 x a week. Hopefully if I stick to this plan I'll be like OP by July. By the way congrats on your success.

I started out with 1200 calories however weight wouldn't budge. When I upped my calories to 1500 the weight started coming off. But I'm aiming for slow and steady weight loss. About .5 lb a week.
