    Mine from last year. About a month after the last set was taken I found out I was pregnant (hit an 80 lbs loss, 153). Once I get back to my pre-pg weight I'm going to continue with the pictures.

    Wow all of you look Amazing and have done a great job. Thanks for sharing your before and after pics. I never get tired of seeing the before and after pics. They are such an inspiration for me to keep pushing myself.

    and no im not arching my back in the first pic....i have a shelf for a butt lol

    Before and during for me.

    Can I just say, too, it's so nice to see how many people are posting after a journey that's taken a year or two, or even more. I sometimes get depressed at how quickly some people have seen success, dropping the same amount of weight in a few months that it's taken me a year to lose! But I still keep on keeping on!
