    How I upload photos and post them.

    upload to photo bucket it will give you a IMG code...copy that then change the big IMG to a little img and there ya go. however some photos need to be resized i think photobucket allows you to do this im not sure though i use my photo editing program to do that.

    Also remember if there is a %20 in the link you need to replace it with a space.

    OK, lets see if I can make the photos work.

    Before and during... before I was 225lbs (102kg) and avoiding the camera. I didnt think I had any photos of me at my heaviest, but my friend took some when we were away on a work trip in Canada in May.

    So theres the fatty in MOntreal....

    In June I was diagnosed with diabetes and started changing things. I have lost 26kg (57lbs) and am still going strong.
    The specialist wanted me to lose 22lbs (10kg) by Christmas so I sure showed him!!

    Got a bit of a ways to go, but I am thrilled with progress so far!

    So here is where Im up to. I'm now 169lbs (76kg) and Ive gone from an Aussie size 22 to a size 16 so far.

    yes, but change IMG to img on both ends of the link and resized to around 600
