    Please see my profile picture. The picture on the left was last new years eve. A friend posted it on facebook and i thought OMGoodness i need to do something. and the picture on the right was taken yesterday in the same dress :)

    So I lost just above 9 stone in just over a year. Think that's about 133lb or somewhere around there.

    Age: 31 Height: 5'10"

    Before: 351 lbs. Diabetic, severe sleep apnea (with CPap), high blood pressure, high cholesterol, barely able to walk for any extended period of time

    After: 182 lbs. Not diabetic, no CPap, normal blood pressure and cholesterol, running 3-5 miles regularly

    ok guys, I just found one picture of my heaviest and it is nearly a full body shot (you know, avoiding cameras...)
    I put on about 5-10lbs more after that.
    I am almost 5'8", my heaviest was 177lbs, my current weight is 125-130lbs.

    Dec 2011 at a friends wedding. I lost maybe 4-6lbs more, and am now focusing on my bf% (currently still 23%)
