    Before and during for me.

    Can I just say, too, it's so nice to see how many people are posting after a journey that's taken a year or two, or even more. I sometimes get depressed at how quickly some people have seen success, dropping the same amount of weight in a few months that it's taken me a year to lose! But I still keep on keeping on!

    Would like to drop quite a bit more weight/sculpt. But as of yesterday I am 60 pounds down. I notice that the weight made me look a lot older than my age, I was only 18, now 20, but it made difference.
