your such a beautiful woman! break it down into smalll chunk of maybe 10 pounds at a time. excersize is defianetly the biggest help and of course eating healthy. im sure you'll get there!!

I think the main reason I am and always have been down is due to my weight, I was thinking about going to hypnotherpay to control binge eating.

I know what you mean, that was in a book i read. the guy said that it is a 3 letter word, it is a fluid in your body that without you would die (i think) and nothing more. woo!

thanks Andy, thats really really helpful and is the same idea as im trying to do. little by little. if i didnt have comfort food or ciggarettes i would probarbly go into melt down and do both things twice as much.

I agree, i like to have a bigger dinner as i know mid morning is not a problem. however night time is my worst.
