  • Hi, I just finished my first week of 5:2, well actually 4:3... I am doing 3 fasts/week. I lost 2.6 lbs and I wasnt perfect on it. I love it. Its so nice not having to worry and eat normally on feast days. Good luck! Send me a friend request if you'd like. :-)

  • I had that problem and it turned out that it was my adrenal glands. I had to snack because my blood sugar was dropping dangerously low. Its a survival mechanism.   • You don't have to! I started my own by using GT's kombucha. I've grown my own "mushrooms" and now have 3 batches going. You just leave about a quarter of a bottle (that you have not drank directly out of) cover with a clean cloth/elastic band, let sit for a few weeks on counter. a mushroom will form. Thats it!!
