There was more to my message but mfp cuts it off on the app for some reason. Anyways, I am also a stay at home mom I have found it EXTREMLY difficult to lose weight after kids. I work out at least 4x a week for an hour (cardio and 20 mins strength) but I really struggle with food. I added you!

I am 285lbs and 5'8 and wear a size 20 sometimes 18 depending on the brand. When I lost 50lbs 7 years ago I was 230 and wore a size 14/15. Wish I could go back to that. I am very top heavy large stomach and boobs, but very slim legs and thighs.

Hey I am 32 trying to lose about 110lbs or so. I have lost 50lbs about 7 years ago, but in the past 5 years I've had 3 kids and managing life with kids is so stressful too me. For weighloss staying under my stupid calorie allowance arghhhh I still can't get that under control. As for life trying to have consistency with the kids since they are out of schools their schedules are all wacked out.

I am no help. Since this happens to me constantly Edited to add: I try distractions but it doesn't always work. I have read a book, played with my kids, look at pinterest, but it only goes so far. I just wanted to say your not alone.
