Its 11:15 pm and im hungry

Question:
What does everyone do, when its 11:15 and you are hungry, but have already reached your caloric and nutrition budget for the day? I have been drinking water to try and quiet my tummy, but its not working. Any advice? Or Stories?

    Edited to add:
    I try distractions but it doesn't always work. I have read a book, played with my kids, look at pinterest, but it only goes so far. I just wanted to say your not alone.

    @Hispanicprincess well what do you usually do? Lol, do you just drink water like me? Cause this water isnt cutting it tonight... (i guess it doesnt help that Im watching Anthony Bordain right now either, smh)

    It doesn't happen often to me, but when it does I just eat something I know would fill me up for the fewest calories possible and count it for next day's breakfast. Basically I have a lighter breakfast next day.

    I end up up eating something light like a yogurt, banana, a spoonful of PB, yes to a whole bunch of water lol.

    2 big mugs of tea for me.. I use artificial sweetener so I have it sweet and milky.. But you will be up at least twice in the night for a tinkle
