Decent Protein Shakes

I want to have some good, healthy, organic if possible, protein shakes on hand for those meals I want to skip. I am doing Keto successfully for weight loss, so I want to have something that fits into that lifestyle. What do you all recommend?

You don't really skip a meal if you have a protein shake?1

I guess I should have said "in lieu of" Do you have a suggestion or just want to point out my writing flaws?9

Cower Power strawberry banana shakes are my favorite. Expensive but delicious. 26g protein, 210 calories (or 240, not sure).1

Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein gets my vote. I like smooth chocolate flavor best, though vanilla is good too, I’m not so fond of Almond Butter flavor though, it taste ok but is odd to me drink something that tastes like peanut butter! I chose it because it’s only 100 cals a serving, I have a serving most afternoons and it keeps me full til dinner. They do other varieties -Sport, Raw, Greens etc - which have more calories if you’re looking for that.
I tried Warrior Blend but it was way too sweet for me.1 -
I like Orgain because they are made with organic grass fed whey. I prefer the regular one (11 carbs), but they make a low carb one (made with sugar alcohols, 3 net carbs) that I've had. I don't know if it would work for keto, but I do know they made it low carb.
Those are just the protein shakes, they are snack/post workout level calories. They also make meal replacement products that have veg and fruit in them too, they are more calories. They also have organic plant based protein and meal replacement shakes, if that is your jam.

I am in love with the Fitmiss protein shake currently chocolate (bought on Amazon) theres only 90cals in 1 scoop, 16g of protein, 3g carbs, and only 1g of sugar I usually have a shake after a workout or if I feel a craving cone on it's really helping me stay within calorie intake. I don't know if I lost weight I have only been taking for a week.2

Try premier protein Carmel, tastes like butterscotch to me!1

For Keto, a good quality whey isolate1

For isolate I like Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate, because I can get it locally and it isn't too expensive, it also tastes good (at least vanilla and chocolate).1

To make this keto friendly, replace the dried coconut with enough coconut oil to get your macros right. You could eliminate the chia seeds as well, if fat satiates you but fiber does not. To further reduce carbs, use all coffee and no Teeccino.
So basically, any combination of protein powder and whatever low carb / high fat additions you like.
Chocolate PP, peanut butter, egg
Chocolate PP, coconut oil, raspberries1 -
I like the non-dairy Isopure. They have a low-carb variety. I believe its 160 cals with 20g of protein.1

Are you adding all of this into your cup of coffee?
