Thanks..good to know, I always make sure I'm at at least 1,200 calories INCLUDING exercise..still nothing on macros?

Hmm good advice..never thought of it that way but you're right..I just don't want to eat too little calories and then go into starvation mode and have my body hold onto the fat..what about the whole macros thing? Thanks ladies.

I'm on the same boat. I'm going to be in my best friend's wedding in November I already got my dress just hoping to be able to lose about 20-30lbs by then..the last wedding I was in I wore a size 4, this time a size 12 (two kids and 7yrs later but still no excuse)!..How depressing! It does give me a little motivation…

I occasionally pop in an insanity disc when I'm feeling guilty for eating terribly and my 1 & 5yrs sons will join in right along with me..it motivates me and cracks me up at the same time because they both have all the moves down and actually do better than me energy wise...smh.

I've been eating some of mine back..I think one of the main reasons I exercise is so I can eat what I want..lol I gotta do better though lately I've been at a stand still and I'm to blame.
