When I did my first FF I did not eat them back. But I did allow my calories to go up to 1200ish if I was hungry. I contacted Dana Carpender, the author of the Fat Fast Cookbook and she said not to worry about those calories because its short term.

I started using it over a month ago with my BPC. I noticed a great increase in energy and focus. But I too will get a little "hot flash" from time to time. It passes quickly and is worth the trade off. I use the NOW brand.

I am not sure with that daily carb level if you need a refeed or not. Since those in this forum are going to be very low carb, as keto is under 25-30g/day usually. YES! I take the weekly reports to see last week's average daily burn (TDEE), I add that to all of the previous week's to get a running average. I subtract 750 (1.5/week loss) and use that number to update MFP with my caloric goal. I also use the FitBit app on my phone to better monitor my daily "allowance" depending on how…

My energy is better, but I personally never experienced the boost that many do. I no longer desire an afternoon nap. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen from time to time, but it's become more of a want than a need.

I forgot to add that I double the Pumpkin Pie Spice to 2 teaspoons. Also, I make something from the FF Cookbook, even when I'm not fasting just to make sure my fats are up high enough every day.

I've only done 2 refeeds in the past week, both were dirty, both resulted in 1 pound + drops 3 days later. I thought I needed to switch it to a clean refeed, because this last one wreaked havoc on my stomach. But a dirty refeed is so much more fun to look forward to.
