thanks so much guys! and yes ive been diagnosd with anorexia but thats why im trying to change myself and get fit, happy, healthy and strong! thats one of the reasons im so terrified of bulking., i want muscle and growth but ive been restricting for so long its a really hard mental battle!

i am exactly the same. my BMI is under and ive stopped my periods. i look thin , i feel cold etc... i want to feel andlook good but i cannot get out of the habbit of choosing low calo, low fat, exercising etc... It would be more beneficial for you to look at inches i think. Chances are your getting fitter and BUILDING MUSCLE! the fact that you have not lost weight may be a good thing as it means you are putting on muscle and burning off fat. If anyone does any of those and has a Heart rate thing, if they could add them that'd be great! it works out calories burnt per individuals weight anyway so if they added it to the system it would be accurate to them and then mfp could do the rest of the work and it would be accurate for everyone.
